Chat Port Angeles is an attempt to connect members of the community with each other much like past other attempts to do the same. Services like the Library's OPEN or Olypen's pilot IRC server were utilized and enjoyed by members of the community perhaps simply because they were local. This site is created by and for local residents of Port Angeles, Washington and advertising is free but not for sale, so to speak. I'm happy to try and be a member of the community, please don't make me regret my decision.
